30 Day Return Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with product you have purchased, you may return it within 30 days from the delivery date. You need to contact our RMA Department via phone to obtain Return Material Authorization number (RMA#) If product is in good condition and no parts or packaging is missing, we will issue a credit for the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Based on condition of the product we may additionally charge up to 25% re-stocking fee or in some cases refuse any refund. There is a 5% processing and shipping fee to cover merchant processing fees and shipping charges.  Store exchange is possible. In case of return for refund, all shipping cost is to be paid by purchaser.
Warranty Details
All of our products are field tested to guarantee best quality and long lasting performance. Still, defective products are unavoidable.

All of our products come with a 3 Year warranty. The warranty starts at the date the product is delivered to the customer. A standard warranty is guaranteed by HomeRestored Surveillance. You may purchase an extended warranty up to 5 Years on some products. Other products may include an additional manufacturer’s warranty. Some examples may include hard drives, standalone DVR units, some LTS Products, Monitors. Additional Manufacturer Warranty, if available, is guaranteed by specific manufacturer and all warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer of the product, after Standard HomeRestored Warranty expires.

Please note, we DO NOT offer replacement in advance. Defective product needs to be shipped back to us and will be repaired or replaced in timely matter (usually no more than 5 business days). Product, than will be shipped back to customer via UPS Ground. Expedited service is available at extra cost.

We will cover return shipping cost and provide customer with pre-paid return shipping label (UPS Ground only) for all items which were defective at the time of delivery. After 30 days from delivery date Customer pays for return shipping.

Warranty Coverage is only for the original customer listed on the original invoice. HomeRestored Surveillance is not responsible for any previously recorded data on the hard drive of a DVR during service.

Some parts, including but not limited to monitors, hard drives etc. which are covered by manufacturer warranty, should be returned directly to manufacturer for warranty service. Please, contact our team for more information.

HomeRestored Surveillance will repair or replace free of charge any part or parts of the product , if the defect is due to the fault material or workmanship. Warranty involves repairing of defective product/parts and does not entitle purchaser for the replacement of complete product. In the event of repairs/replacement of any part/s of the unit, this warranty will thereafter continue and remain in force only for the unexpired period of the warranty. Moreover, the time taken for repair/replacement and in transit whether under the warranty or otherwise shall not be excluded from the warranty period. The company’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or providing replacement of part/s, which are found to be defective.

THIS WARRANTY IS NOT APPLICABLE IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CASES:

– The product is not used according to instructions given in the instruction manual.

– Computer viruses, repairs or software installations done by a non-authorized technician

– Defects caused by improper use as determined by the company personnel.

– Modification or alteration of any nature is made in the electrical circuitry/ or physical construction of the set.

– Site (premises where the product is kept) conditions that do not confirm to the recommended operating conditions of the machine.

– The original serial number is removed, obliterated or altered from product.

– Defects due to cause beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage, acts of God or while in transit to service center or purchaser’s residence.

All our products are insured during shipping. We do not take responsibility for shipping delays, damage or lost package. We will assist and provide all necessary help receiving refund for lost or damaged product during shipping.

Specifications may change without prior notice. HomeRestored Surveillance is not responsible for any typographical errors. Some images are simulated, not representing actual product. Actual package does not include everything you see on picture (i.e. box camera with lens, lens is not included / DVR system with monitor, monitor is not included) Call our sales department for detailed information.

How to Submit Warranty Claim?
To submit warranty claim, you need to first call our RMA Department. You will be than given Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#). If you are requesting RMA within 30 days after original delivery date, we will email you pre-paid UPS return label. Use it to ship product back. If you are requesting RMA more than 30 days after receiving product, you will be given RMA number which you will than put on the box for reference and ship product back to the address above. In this case we do not cover shipping cost.

Please Note, HomeRestored Surveillance is not responsible for any damage, property loss or any other accidents or expenses caused by malfunction of products purchased from us. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the product. In no event will HomeRestored Surveillance be liable for any direct or indirect consequential damages, loss of anticipated profits, loss of time or any other losses incurred by the buyer in connection of this purchase, installation, operation, or failure of this product. This warranty does not replace any type of insurance.

This warranty is not intended to replace insurance and because the system is operated and managed by the purchaser, HomeRestored Surveillance makes no representations of the system’s ability to prevent loss, theft, damage, injury, or that these products will protect persons and property. HomeRestored Surveillance will in no way be liable for loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, loss of profits or savings, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use products sold by HomeRestored.com.

  4. We ordered “2 Security Camera System for Cars & Trucks (Park & Drive Mode) With Built-In Wi-Fi For Mobile Phone Viewing and Playback” that was suppose to come with a 16 G Heat resistant SD Card but we did not receive it. Do you know who i can contact to get the missing SD CARD

    • Ming, Your 16G SD card is already inside your main front camera. You can find it by moving the protective cap on the right-hand side of the camera. You’ll see a slot where the 16G card is embedded. If you need to see the SD card, push the card inward and it will pop out. Be careful to insert the SD card the same way it came out so you don’t damage the camera.
